Todd Kesselman

    Founding Partner Prior to establishing Precision Capital in April 2004, Mr. Kesselman was a Director in the CDO Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he worked from May 2000 to April 2004. At Deutsche Bank, Mr. Kesselman specialized in originating and structuring alternative investments. From 1997 – 2000, Mr. Kesselman was a Director at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management, Inc., where he was responsible for structuring alternative investments and was a high yield analyst. From 1992 – 1997, Mr. Kesselman practiced corporate and tax law, with a focus on alternative investment funds and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kesselman received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received the James A. Elkins Prize, and a B.A. from Binghamton University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Gina M. LaVersa

    Founding Partner Prior to establishing Precision Capital in 2004, Ms. LaVersa was a Director at Deutsche Bank Securities, where she worked for ten years. Ms. LaVersa was responsible for the distribution of alternative investments to U.S. and non-U.S. institutional as well as ultra high net worth investors. At Deutsche Bank, Ms. LaVersa was a senior member of the syndication team and responsible for fundraising for alternative asset managers. Ms. LaVersa received a B.A. from Williams College.

David Cohen

    Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer Before joining Precision Capital in March 2007, Mr. Cohen was a Vice President at BISYS Private Equity Services where he co-managed the Non-Institutional Client Group. Mr. Cohen's group managed 45 sponsors of 150 private equity funds with $25 billion of capital under management. Prior to joining BISYS, Mr. Cohen spent 12 years at Merrill Lynch where he managed the daily business and financial affairs of several public retail partnerships and assisted in liquidating portfolios to maximize investor returns. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Washington, D.C. and is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.

Nina Venkatesh

    Director, Investor Relations and Special Projects Prior to joining Precision Capital in April 2005, Ms. Venkatesh was an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities where she specialized in structuring CDOs. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Venkatesh was an Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Venkatesh received her B.S. degree from Carnegie Mellon University, where she was an Andrew Carnegie Scholar.

Cass Barnes

    Director Prior to joining Precision Capital, Ms. Barnes was the director of marketing & investor relations for the hedge fund, Sursum Capital. Prior to Sursum, she was the director of business development for Silver Oven Studios, a branding agency focused on alternative investment firms. Ms. Barnes earned her A.B. from Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Rob Goodman

    Vice President Prior to joining Precision Capital in July 2007, Mr. Goodman worked as a Client Service Representative with AllianceBernstein. Mr. Goodman served as a liaison between portfolio managers and sales associates. Mr. Goodman received his B.A. degree from Nyack College.

Jessy Burnett

    Associate Prior to joining Precision Capital, Mr. Burnett was an executive assistant for Greentech Capital Advisors and involved in the firm's public relations and branding efforts. Mr. Burnett began his career at the E.W. Scripps Company planning events and handling administrative functions in public relations and marketing. Mr. Burnett graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Communications and Media Studies.
